This piece came after a particularly mind-opening therapy session, wherein we talked about focusing on being more in the body and less in your head. Feel what you're feeling and allow it to come and go rather than take you over. While these concepts come naturally to some, I find I get so insular in my own mind that I forget the necessary perspective.
