This is a free 30 minute call to understand the basics of your vision and budget, get to know each other, and demystify the commission process. I can advise on size to ensure the scale of the piece fills the space appropriately. There are no dumb questions! Above all, I want you to feel 100% confident I’m the right artist to bring your vision to life.

Deep Dive

If you decide to move ahead with me as your creative sherpa (yay!) we’ll have another meeting to dig deeper into your inspiration, stylistic preferences, and how involved you want to be in the creative process. We’ll also discuss timelines, pricing and the options available to you regarding payment schedules. *All commissions include 1 free sketch or mockup to offer clarity on composition and color choice.

Contract + Deposit

Within a week, I’ll follow up with an email that summarizes everything we discussed on our deep dive call to ensure we’re moving forward on the same page. At this time I will also include a contract and invoice for your first 30% payment. Once that is done and dusted, I begin work on your statement piece!

I’ll send an approval photo when the piece is nearing completion. If no changes are needed, I will send the final invoice and proceed with varnishing and preparing for shipping. Once the final payment is made, your art will be on its way to you!
