Love Note 4
With each trip around the sun, I find myself embracing simplicity and imperfection, as that's how the best stories emerge. At the end of each painting session, I take any leftover paint and put it on a blank canvas, ensuring every new start is a little imperfect. Recently, during a late-night painting session, a new use for my extra paint came to me. Without overthinking, I created 10 spontaneous paintings on blank greeting cards. These are originals, not prints, and are designed to be frames and displayed (framing suggestions in photos)
My hope is that these simple and honest compositions will be paired with a note of gratitude or affection on the inside. Gift it to a loved one or simply to yourself, but either way you'll have a small luxury to rekindle the goodness of genuine connection- away from apps and technology.
5×7” acrylic painting on 300 GSM greeting card. Some imperfections may exist, like small amounts of paint on the inside or back of card
