This is a pair of 16x20” paintings comprised of acrylic, oil pastel, recycled textiles, and grease pencil on canvas.

These pieces are among the first produced with a new process I'm trying. I start by making marks on a large piece of unstretched canvas, then choose the smaller compositions therein that interest me the most. From there I cut out these sections and stretch the final pieces.
