Yokay Mama?

$290.00

One of the most fascinating things to witness as a mom is seeing the ways your babe shows affection and care for things outside themselves. One of the first phrases Layla consistently used correctly was “you ok?”- and when directed at me it came out as “yokay mama?” with a delicate head tilt. It warms my insides every single time. Yes I’m her mom, but it feels like more than that- like she’s meeting me on a human level. She sees an emotional need and chooses to meet it. Children are so much more attune to emotions than we realize.
