This piece came after a particularly mind-opening therapy session, wherein we talked about focusing on being more in the body and less in your head. Feel what you're feeling and allow it to wash over you, rather than take you down. While these concepts come naturally to some, I find I get so insular in my own mind that I forget the necessary perspective. I love the wave like quality of this composition that provides a powerful visual cue to refocus on the current somatic sensations.
